Travis is just wonderful and extremely helpful and I can never remember to get her name but the lady at the front checkout is always so kind and in a pleasant mood.

Great store with good selection and close to the West Gate. Very handy to have it nearby. Employees are very helpful. However, be sure to check operating hours before coming!

Good old fashioned hardware shop, w/ some groceries. Excellent Staff and has U-haul trucks. Plenty of Xmas decorations.

I wanted to take a friend in the hospital a seasonal plant...not flowers that will die in a few days. I checked out other stores for seasonal plants and the Village Home Center was the best by far. I was able to pick up a beautiful planter full of various flowers and greenery. I'll check the Home Center FIRST next time!

I went there a couple weeks ago with a long list of harder to find items to finish a variety of DIY projects for my church, and the service was excellent. The manager understands that WOMEN know how to repair things, too, so I appreciate that I don't get talked down to or ignored. I have recommended the store several times & will be taking a new list shortly!

This is my favorite hardware and garden store in the Hot Springs area. The employees are helpful and a joy to interact with. It's not close for me, but it's worth the drive.
